My Beliefs, In A Nutshell

I believe there is one creator over everything. I refer this creator as “THE ALL”. THE ALL is above gender and personality description. Above everything, as everything exists within the mind of THE ALL.

I honor but do not worship. I respect but do not bow. I am as I have been created and exist without apology. My existence in this three dimensional realm is but a small portion of my overall existence, and not of particular value beyond its purpose.

Its purpose. The biggest question of all time. Why?

We have been given autonomy without knowledge in order to determine whether or not we can handle autonomy. Those who can handle it have a future that is “wide open” in the Universe. Those who cannot get returned to the general pool of energy we were all taken from and cease to exist as a separate entity. This is the Second Death and Lake of Fire mentioned in scripture, but rather than eternal punishment it is eternal death…a permanent cessation of autonomous existence in the same manner as imperfect castings are put back into the crucible and melted into the raw material pool again.

The very concept of an all knowing, all loving God and a Devil is a good vs evil dichotomy which is a construct within which to describe desirable and undesirable behavior. The concept of “eternal punishment” is used to assert and maintain control within a few “elite” rulers. The Church, rather than being an instrument to lead to enlightenment or salvation, is an instrument to assert and maintain control.

Evil exists in this world. How can such be reconciled with an all knowing, all powerful, all loving God? It cannot. Either said God is unaware of the evil and therefore not all knowing, or incapable of preventing evil and therefore not all powerful, or both aware and capable but choosing to allow and therefore not all loving. The concept of God we have been sold is in error. There is no other explanation.

The test of this existence is difficult for a reason. The fact that we come here with no memory of who we are, where we are from or why we are here is a necessary constraint to make the test valid. There is evidence that this is not the first “round” of such a test, and earlier rounds had somewhat looser constraints. The “days of old” “when magic ruled the air” are not myth and fantasy, but memory of prior rounds of what I refer to as “Project Earth/Project Human”. This may very well be the final round of the concept of “man”.

At any rate, I believe it is in its last “days” if you would…finals week. Graduation will be on a Pass/Fail grade. Either you prove you can handle autonomy or you prove you cannot. This is less about “sin” and “paying a price” for sin and more about who you have become through the process known as “life”. The concept of “paying for sins” is part of the control mechanisms of the Church. The absurdity of “buying indulgences” speaks volumes.

One thing that Scripture got right is that “salvation” is not possible without “repentance”. Repentance is simply change of mind. A repentant soul will change his behavior based on said change of mind. This is key to the concept of what have you become during this life. Everything hinges on it.
