“All that we see or seem is but a dream within a dream.” – Poe
In the movie “Inception” the entire premise of it is that of a dream passing what seems like hours in but a few minutes. Stacking this by entering a “dream state” while in the dream, and then again results in a lifetime of experience in a few short seconds. In the movie, to die in the dream ends the dream and returns you to the next higher level.
In a conversation thread on a recent Facebook post a woman was describing “meditating” while in a dream. This brought the movie to my mind.
Now the next thought in the progression brought in the concept of this “reality” being a “simulation”. There are enough “glitches in the Matrix” to give some weight to the concept. What if rather than a simulation this reality is actually a dream? When you die, you end the dream and wake up.
