“Shadow Work”, A Poem

When thou dost shun thy shadow, dark and deep,
And in thy soul its hidden truths dost keep,
Thou art repressed, in silent toils ensnared,
For unvoiced sorrows can’t be slain, but spared.

Think not to slay thy lowly, earthly state
With “high vibe” dreams, for it is thy true mate.
Bury it alive, yet it shall rise anew,
In forms most foul, in ways thou canst not rue.

Thou canst not flee, as Newton’s laws have shown,
Energy persists, through realms unknown.
The self, in pride, doth from reality part,
Enlightened, yet from truth’s core far apart.

In non-duality, a paradox lies clear,
A separation from the world we hold dear.
A duality in itself, a sneaky guise,
The ego’s game, in wisdom’s bright disguise.

The novice “woke,” in strange ways doth behave,
Shunning wealth and looks, as if a knave.
But true enlightenment, in union, doth reside,
Both worlds embraced, with wisdom as our guide.

The Matrix, not destroyed, but reset so,
A cycle unending, as streams that flow.
From information’s hoard to wisdom’s light,
Seek not just data, but insight bright.

The world’s mysteries, not for full knowing,
But for experiencing, in our souls growing.
Fear of the unknown, the ego’s bane,
Yet life unfolds, in joy and pain.

Conspiracy’s web, a treacherous path,
Leads not to awakening, but to wrath.
Beware the questions that multiply,
In endless chase, truth and lies ally.

Tormented by thoughts, in endless quest,
No YouTuber’s words can give thee rest.
A slippery slope to madness, truth’s cruel jest,
For being “right” may not lead to true zest.

Out of one box, into another we leap,
Awake, yet in another dream so deep.
Each belief, a step towards letting go,
A tool for growth, in life’s ebb and flow.

Grateful for delusions, for truths half-seen,
For clarity’s illusion, in stages between.
The matrix, not a foe, but energy’s dance,
With the ego, not fight, but in embrace, advance.

For energy’s law, by Newton thus spake,
Neither lost nor destroyed, but forms it can take.
So flee not thy ego, nor the matrix’s sway,
Embrace thyself, in love’s gentle way.

The matrix, not apart, but within thee lies,
A truth profound, beneath the skies.
So run no more, but face thy inner sea,
For in thyself, thou findest liberty.
