The Dragon And The Witch – Chapter 5

Flexing Her Power

The Magical Child had grown to adulthood, and was married and living her life when a man who she had some dealings with did the unthinkable. He spread a rumor about her among the criminal elements of the Woodlands in an overt attempt to get her killed.

Now it had been a few years since the Witch had accepted that she was indeed a Witch, and that she could be and was a good Witch, so she asked the Dragon if she was justified in taking magical action to resolve the situation “with extreme prejudice”. For those who don’t know the term, it is a military term used to describe an action which directly results in the death and complete destruction of your target, thereby ensuring they won’t cause any more difficulty.

Now the Dragon had a good sense of the morality associated with such actions, and how they are only justified when they are meeting an attack of such a nature as is intended to cause the death of one’s self or of an innocent. The concept is known as “self defense” in law, and it applies to defending your own life or the life of another. With this evaluation, the Dragon agreed with the Witch that her action was justified. Such action is indeed part of the Middle Path.

So, the Witch popped over to the Astral realm and located the man there. She then manifested a magical sword taller than herself and chopped his head right off.

Now this was in the Astral realm, and under normal circumstances actions there only have psychological effects in the physical world, for the most part. The Witch is a powerful Witch though, and almost immediately, the man began to lose control of his body. His Physicians were quite perplexed, as it seemed like his brain was disconnecting from his body. Not many days afterwards the man said “I feel dizzy” and collapsed in death. His brain had literally been disconnected from his body as if his head were chopped off.

To hold such power is no small thing. By asking the Dragon first, the Witch proved that she doesn’t take having such power lightly, thereby confirming that she is a good Witch.

The Three Paths

In life, there are essentially Three Paths to walk, with two directions each. The paths are the Left Path, The Middle Path and the Right Path. The directions may be towards the Light or towards the Darkness.

The Left Path is the Path of Leaders. Those who walk the Left Path are the ones who initiate action. The action can be either towards the Light or towards the Dark.

The Right Path is the Path of Acceptance. The Buddha’s and Christ’s of the world walk the Right Path. Accepting what happens may have Light or Dark results.

The Middle Path is the Path of Response. Those who walk the Middle Path are unlikely to initiate an action, either towards the Light or the Dark. However, they are also unlikely to Accept an action without a Response. Again though, the Response may be towards the Light or towards the Darkness. The Witch’s action in this instance was indeed Dark, but nonetheless fully justified. Most people walk the middle path unintentionaly, which is also known as the Luciferan path in Esoteric circles.
